Authorization Review Criteria

Effective January 1, 2024, Medicare requires that any criteria used to approve or deny authorizations must be available to the public. To access the criteria, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the link, InterQual® (cue4.com)
2. Click on the Get Started button.
3. Register for an account.
4. Accept the criteria license agreement.
5. Access the criteria.
